Job description

Masters / Bachelors (16 years of education) with at least 02 years of relevant working experience in Government / Semi Government/ Reputable Corporate Organization.

Knowledge of Procurement process/Supply Chain Management and Financial R12 Purchasing/Sourcing Module. Experience in SQL programming and database management. Knowledge of Oracle Server, SQL, PL/SQL development best practices. Knowledge of Advance Excel and Power Query and Power Pivot, data management, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creation of different reports and forms on Oracle Developer 10g from database of Oracle Financial R12 ERP System (Purchasing/Sourcing Module).
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the department's Management Information System (MIS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into MIS requirements.
• Provide training and support to departmental staff/end user on MIS tools, remote data analysis, and reporting procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data management and system functionality.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for key performance indicators.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure data availability and integrity.
• Undertake any other MIS-related activities and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
• Management and Creation of item code in item master.
• Correspondence within organization to resolve various queries and ensure compliance to PPRA rules, SOPs and Management Directives.
• Check and validate Proprietary approvals.
• Check and validate Pre-Qualification criteria.
