Job summary

The role demands ACCA/MBA with experience, or CA/CMA inter with extensive practice, and a proactive approach to audits and reporting under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual risk assessment and audit planning based on audit universe.
• Prepare pre-audit planning materials on risks, scope, and timelines.
• Develop monitoring procedures for financial and operational auditing.
• Coordinate with audited functions to support audit activities per plan.
• Identify risks and controls and prepare audit programs and tests.
• Perform field-work in line with the annual plan.
• Participate in exit meetings and address audit issues raised.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and ethics policy.
• Undertake other assignments as directed by senior management.

Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

The main purpose of this position is to support Customer Services/Finance/Supply Chain in covering risk management and control, operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and Supply chain function while ensuring to comply with all applicable directives and regulations during the internal audit. The incumbent will participate in audit planning and reporting process under supervision of the Team Lead.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Manager in preparation of annual risk assessment exercise and annual audit plan based on the audit universe.
• Prepare pre-audit planning presentation for the Manager to discuss potential audit risks & scope, timelines and other logistics arrangements.
• Initiate preparation of monitoring procedures and systems to be used in internal auditing throughout the financial and operational areas of the organization.
• Coordinate with relevant business function being audited to assist in successful completion of audit activities in accordance with the audit plan.
• Assist the Manager in identifying risks and controls for processes in each audit engagement and preparation of Audit Programs for documentation of risks and controls design and their testing during the fieldwork stage.
• Perform audit field-work in accordance with annual audit plan.
• Participate in department/function exit meetings and contribute, as required on audit issues raised.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
• Undertake any other assignment as instructed by senior management.
