Key Responsibilities

1. Lead architecture, development, and scaling of our core SaaS platform with a hands-on approach.
2. Drive engineering excellence, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure scalability using modern DevOps practices.
3. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to design and deliver high-impact AI/ML features.
4. Oversee code quality, technical decision-making, and system security across teams.
5. Identify and implement best practices for reliability, fault tolerance, and system performance.
6. Mentor senior engineers and build a high-performance engineering culture.
7. Act as technical sounding board and strategic partner to the CTO.
