Job summary

Uncover is seeking a Civil Construction Project Manager with 7–12 years’ experience in high-rise, malls, hotels, and related sectors. The role emphasizes strict adherence to approved schedules, cost control, and safety standards while managing site teams and coordinating with head office to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, PEC registration, and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, handle RFIs, and deliver projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 7–12 years in construction (grey, MEP, high-rise, malls, hotels).
• PEC registered or eligible is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of construction projects in line with approved schedules.
• Create action plans for contractors and monitor cost control.
• Execute work per drawings, specs, appendices, and safety perimeters.
• Oversee hurdles, risks, and obstacles to progress.
• Coordinate with contractors; clarify RFIs and processes to hit milestones including all six.
• Process monthly billing requisites for timely proceedings.
• Arrange timely delivery of materials from Employer and manage site.
• Ensure quality of work, adequate manpower, and optimal material use.
• Provide timely progress updates to management.
• Coordinate between Head Office and Site.

Job description

Main Responsibilities

• Delivery of construction projects in compliance with the approved construction schedule.
• Creating plans of action for the contractors and keeping a close eye on cost control.
• Executing Work as per drawings, specifications, Appendixes, and with utmost health and safety perimeters.
• Overseeing any Hurdle, risks, and obstacles that may halt the progress of work.
• Facilitating Contractor, Acquiring Clarity on RFI’s, Process of work, and achieving key milestones including Full filling all the 6.
• Monthly Billing requisites for further and timely proceedings.
• Timely demanding, acquiring, and delivering of materials from the Employer, along with managing the Site.
• Ensuring Quality of Work and better workmanship, and adequate manpower, including utilization of material as per permissible limits.
• Monitoring and Timely updates on the progress of work to management.
• Managing coordination between Head office and Site.
