Job summary

A.P. Moller Maersk is seeking a Data Entry Operator in Gilgit-Baltistan to accurately enter and maintain records. The role requires basic computer knowledge and fast typing with attention to detail.

The candidate will support invoicing, order desk management, and inventory control, coordinating with head office on arrivals, GRN, and import documentation while ensuring timely data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in data entry or similar roles (freshers may also apply)
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
• Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and complete order desk management for Chennai Yard.
• Coordinate with HO for machine arrivals, GRN and import documentation.
• Inventory management for machines, attachments and consumables; issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate Tier 2 supplier purchase orders to delivery and GRN for attachments.
• Record management and timely customs clearance of import machines/attachments.
• Manage import containers from multiple plants; FIFO for attachments.
• Price release for sales codes with SOP Manager.
• Oversee warehouse operations (in/outbound) and LC handling for imports/exports.

Job Summary

• A Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases.
• The role requires attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and good typing speed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Invoicing and complete order desk management from Chennai Yard.
• Coordinate with the HO for the machine arrivals, GRN and import documentation.
• Complete Inventory Count and management of Machines, Attachments and Consumbles. Purchase order Releases for both Machines Attachments Consumables for Imports Local Vendors under the supervision of SO P Manager.
• Coordinate with HO for Tier 2 Supplier Purchase Order to Delivery and GRN for the Special Attachment Business.
• Record Management Timely customs Clearance of Import machines attachments.
• Efficiently managing imports containers from different Plants in cost effective manners. FIFO management for attachments buckets.
• Price release for the sales codes with SOP Manager.
• Managing the WH for In Out bound operations. Handling Letter of Credit transaction Import Export.
