Stewart Pakistan Private Limited seeks a Team Lead – Data Center Network Operations to guide the DC NetOps function across global data centers and cloud environments. You will own availability, drive incident response, architecture reviews, and operational excellence initiatives, acting as SME for networking, security, and hybrid cloud connectivity.

In this senior role, you will mentor engineers, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and lead modernization efforts, automation, and monitoring

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise networking teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills in large-scale data centers.
• Expertise in data center networking, cloud connectivity, and network security.
• Proven ability to plan and execute cross-functional projects in hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier‑3 escalation point for P1/P2 incidents and major outages.
• Lead operational reviews, RCA discussions, and technical troubleshooting sessions.
• Own datacenter network availability, resiliency, and performance.
• Drive automation, monitoring improvements, and runbooks for NOC teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts between DC NetOps, Field NetOps, Cloud Ops, Security, and Service Desk.
• Support acquisition integrations and network migrations.
