Job summary

DPL is seeking a Mid to Senior Level Database Administrator to manage Oracle and PostgreSQL databases across cloud and on-premises environments for FinTech and Telecom environments.

You will be responsible for installations, sizing, replication, availability, performance, backups, and day-to-day operations, while ensuring security and smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on DBA experience.
• Oracle and PostgreSQL expertise.
• Experience with installation, configuration, sizing, and capacity planning.
• Hands-on replication, backup/recovery, and high availability.
• Experience managing databases in both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Understanding of database security and disaster recovery concepts.
• Experience supporting high-volume production environments.

Responsibilities
