Job summary

Zameen is seeking a Data Verification Executive to support Bayut and Dubizzle operations from its Lahore office. The role centers on data quality, updating listings, and adjusting locations to ensure accurate pricing and categorization.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of data management experience, a graduation degree, and strong MS Word/Excel skills. This entry-level position offers exposure to CRM workflows and daily data auditing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure products/listings meet quality standards and manage spam and competitor sections.
• Review listings via manual checks, XML/XLS feeds, update location, and approve/reject after verification of price, location, type, and purpose.
• Review emails marked as spam and approve/reject appropriately.
• Check and clear bounced emails.
• QA images according to guidelines.
• Update competitors counts in CRM and add new clients from competitors to CRM.
• Verify details of newly registered agents on the Portal.
• Maintain daily location and XML feed mappings.
• Perform daily website QA to ensure data quality.
• Report new localities to relevant department for system updates.

Zameen.com is looking to hire a ‘Data Verification Executive’for its Bayut and Dubizlee Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure products meet quality and efficiency standards set by the company. Manage the spam and competitor section.
• Responsible for reviewing listing (manually, XML Feed, XLS), updating their location and approve or rejected after verification of price, location, type, purpose etc
• Review all emails marked as Spam and then approve/reject them
• To check the Bounced emails section and clear it
• Images QA as per set guidelines
• Collection and bringing up-to-date of competitors counts in CRM along with adding and updating new clients from competitors to CRM
• Verify the details of newly registered agents on Portal
• Responsible update location and XML feed mapping on a daily basis
• Daily website audit (QA) to make sure the quality of data
• Report new localities to concern department for their addition in System

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 06 months - 1 Year
• Education: Graduation is must.
• Location: Gulberg, Lahore.
