Responsibilities

• Implement and operationalize Data Governance and Data Management frameworks across enterprise data environments.
• Build and maintain data catalogs, metadata repositories, data lineage, and business glossaries using governance tools such as Informatica and Collibra.
• Define and implement Data Quality (DQ) rules, processes, monitoring, and remediation practices.
• Establish data standards, policies, controls, classification guidelines, and governance guardrails.
• Support the design and implementation of Data Governance operating models, roles, processes, and best practices.
• Drive Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, including data standardization, matching, and consolidation.
• Work with technical and business stakeholders to ensure data is governed, trusted, compliant, and fit for purpose.
• Support data governance and management across Snowflake-based environments, including Medallion Architecture.
• Contribute to Agentic AI initiatives by supporting data governance, quality, metadata, and data readiness requirements.
• Take a hands-on approach to technical implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of governance solutions.

We are looking for a technically strong Data Governance & Data Management professional with hands-on experience in data governance, data quality, metadata management, and Master Data Management (MDM). The ideal candidate should have practical experience with governance platforms such as Informatica and Collibra, a strong understanding of Snowflake and Medallion Architecture, and exposure to Agentic AI initiatives. The role requires someone who can translate governance frameworks into practical standards, processes, and technical implementations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Strong experience in Data Management and Data Governance.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica, Collibra, or similar data governance platforms.
• Practical experience in data cataloging, data lineage, metadata management, and business glossaries.
• Strong experience with Data Quality implementation and execution.
• Solid understanding of Data Governance frameworks, standards, policies, controls, and operating models.
• Experience with data classification, regulatory requirements, and compliance controls.
• Practical knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and implementations.
• Good understanding of Snowflake architecture and Medallion Architecture.
• Exposure to Agentic AI initiatives, AI use cases, or AI-enabled data solutions.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with a hands-on implementation mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
