Job summary

HumanTek is seeking a highly experienced Sales Trainer with hands-on enablement skills to drive performance on the sales floor. You will own coaching, training sessions, and practical application while working on floor to ensure real results.

The role focuses on converting underperformers into productive reps, measuring progress at 30/60/90 days, and continuously improving playbooks and content based on floor data.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sales training and enablement.
• Proven ability to change behaviour on the sales floor.
• Strong understanding of sales psychology and KPI tracking.
• Ability to work on the sales floor to apply training.

Responsibilities

• Understand and effectively deliver our existing sales playbooks, scripts, processes, and training content
• Train new and existing sales employees through practical sessions, roleplays, call reviews, objection handling, closing, follow-ups, and customer psychology
• Work directly on the sales floor to ensure training is actually being implemented
• Improve new-hire activation and time-to-first-sale
• Identify why individual employees are underperforming and create targeted coaching interventions
• Convert non-performing employees into productive salespeople wherever realistically possible
• Track trainee performance at 30, 60, and 90-day stages
• Monitor revenue per rep, conversion, follow-up discipline, activity quality, and sales process compliance
• Work with Sales Managers to identify performance gaps by team, manager, shift, and employee cohort
• Conduct weekly assessments and report measurable before vs after improvement
• Continuously improve our sales playbooks and enablement system using actual floor data
