Job summary

ibex. Pakistan is seeking an Infrastructure Systems & Project Coordinator to support data center infrastructure operations. You will manage system data integrity, track projects, generate reports, and handle procurement processes across FNT, EMPS tools, and SharePoint.

The role focuses on master planning and tracking EOL upgrades for UPS, PDU, RPP, and DC systems, coordinating with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure databases and reporting systems.
• Strong organizational and project-tracking abilities.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with power/infrastructure systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and track PO and vendor quotes per standards.
• Create and maintain power objects within FNT.
• Perform MACD requests and coordinate circuit migrations.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies across systems.
• Generate reports in EMPS platforms and track project milestones.
• Support master planning for EOL upgrades and CAPEX.
• Review diagrams and maintain capacity spreadsheets.
• Document meetings and track action items to completion.
• Maintain SharePoint environments for team collaboration.
• Coordinate shipping logistics and documentation.
• Submit and manage change tickets and access requests.
