Job summary
People in Islamabad is seeking a DCI Engineer to design, implement, and oversee IT infrastructure and large storage migrations inside a major telecom data centre. You will work on storage solutions such as EMC/HP/HDS and coordinate closely with operations to ensure reliable design, testing, and maintenance of the data centre environment.
The role requires 3–4 years of data centre infrastructure experience and a strong foundation in storage technologies, OS platforms, and volume management, with
Qualifications
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecom Engineering
- Education must be Bachelors or master's from a reputed university
- Skilled in interpersonal communication, strong learning ability, and positive attitude
- 3–4 years of experience in Data Centre infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Lead large storage migration projects, familiar with EMC/HP/HDS
- Provide IT infrastructure design, testing, engineering delivery, or maintenance
- Ensure data centre infrastructure reliability and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on storage and infra initiatives
