Job summary

Edversity is hiring a Data Analytics Instructor to teach trainees how to clean, analyse and visualise data, turning insights into business decisions. You will lead daily classes and labs built around real datasets, helping beginners progress from spreadsheets to professional dashboards.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in data analysis or BI, strong Excel/SQL/Power BI skills, and the ability to explain concepts in English and Urdu. Teaching experience and patience are valued highly.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/Statistics/Data Science/Economics/Business Analytics or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, BI or reporting
• Strong Excel, SQL and Power BI; Python (Pandas) for data work
• Good grasp of data cleaning, modelling and visualisation practices
• Ability to explain numbers and insights clearly in English and Urdu
• Patience and genuine interest in teaching beginners

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily lectures and hands-on labs according to the approved curriculum
• Explain data concepts in simple, practical terms for trainees with no analytics exposure
• Prepare lesson plans, slides, datasets, assignments and quizzes
• Build case studies from real business areas such as sales, HR, finance and e-commerce
• Guide trainees through mini-projects and the final capstone
• Track attendance, assess progress and submit reports to the program team
• Run extra support sessions for trainees who fall behind
• Guide trainees on analyst portfolios, CVs and job applications
• Support assessments, audits and program reviews

About the role

We are hiring a Data Analytics Instructor to teach trainees how to clean, analyse and visualise data and turn it into business decisions. You will lead daily classes and labs built around real datasets, taking beginners from spreadsheets to professional dashboards.

Who you will teach

Most trainees will be fresh graduates, final-year students, people with experience in the industry and people starting out in the industry. Many will have little or no practical experience, so you will start from the basics, explain concepts in simple English and Urdu, and build their confidence step by step until they can deliver real projects.

Preferred

• Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) or Google Data Analytics certificate
• Tableau or Looker Studio experience
• Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience
