Job summary

Edversity, part of the Rapidev Group, is hiring an AI-Led Digital Marketing Instructor in Islamabad/Rawalpindi to teach trainees how to plan, run and measure digital campaigns using modern AI tools. You will lead daily classes and live campaign labs so beginners leave able to market real businesses online.

Most trainees are fresh graduates or newcomers; you will explain concepts in simple English and Urdu, building confidence step by step until they can deliver real projects and build portfolios

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily lectures and hands-on labs according to the approved curriculum
• Teach practical, results-focused marketing to trainees with no prior experience
• Prepare lesson plans, slides, campaign briefs, assignments and quizzes
• Run live campaign labs and guide the final capstone
• Keep content current with new AI marketing tools and platform changes
• Track attendance, assess progress and submit reports to the program team
• Run extra support sessions for trainees who fall behind

About the role

We are hiring an AI-Led Digital Marketing Instructor to teach trainees how to plan, run and measure digital campaigns using modern AI tools. You will lead daily classes and live campaign labs so that beginners leave able to market real businesses online.

Who you will teach

Most trainees will be fresh graduates, final-year students, people with experience in the industry and people starting out in the industry. Many will have little or no practical experience, so you will start from the basics, explain concepts in simple English and Urdu, and build their confidence step by step until they can deliver real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily lectures and hands-on labs according to the approved curriculum
• Teach practical, results-focused marketing to trainees with no prior experience
• Prepare lesson plans, slides, campaign briefs, assignments and quizzes
• Run live campaign labs and guide the final capstone

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Computer Science or a related field
• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience (agency, brand or freelance)
• Hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns with measurable results
• SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs or Ubersuggest, and Google Search Console
• Daily working use of generative AI tools in marketing
• GA4 and campaign reporting
• Confident presenter in English and Urdu, with patience for beginners

Preferred

• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or HubSpot certifications
• A portfolio of campaigns with results (ROAS, traffic growth, leads)
• Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience
