Job summary

Edversity, part of the Rapidev Group, seeks an AI Instructor to teach practical AI skills from Python basics to Generative AI projects. You will lead daily classes and labs, guiding beginners to build real AI portfolios.

You will explain concepts clearly in English and Urdu, and you will help trainees progress from fundamentals to delivering real projects.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML or AI application development.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily lectures and hands-on labs according to the approved curriculum.
• Break complex AI concepts into simple, practical steps for beginners.
• Prepare lesson plans, slides, notebooks, assignments and quizzes.
• Guide trainees through mini-projects and the final capstone.
• Track attendance, assess progress and submit reports to the program team.
• Run extra support sessions for trainees who fall behind.
• Keep course material current with new AI tools and suggest improvements.
• Guide trainees on portfolios, GitHub profiles and job or freelancing opportunities.
• Support assessments, audits and program reviews.

About the role

We are hiring an AI Instructor to teach trainees practical Artificial Intelligence skills, from Python basics to building Generative AI applications. You will lead daily classes and labs and help beginners complete real AI projects for their portfolios.

Who you will teach

Most trainees will be fresh graduates, final-year students, people with experience in the industry and people starting out in the industry. Many will have little or no practical experience, so you will start from the basics, explain concepts in simple English and Urdu, and build their confidence step by step until they can deliver real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily lectures and hands-on labs according to the approved curriculum
• Break complex AI concepts into simple, practical steps for trainees with no prior AI exposure
• Prepare lesson plans, slides, notebooks, assignments and quizzes
• Guide trainees through mini-projects and the final capstone
• Track attendance, assess progress and submit reports to the program team
• Run extra support sessions for trainees who fall behind
• Keep course material current with new AI tools and suggest improvements
• Guide trainees on portfolios, GitHub profiles and job or freelancing opportunities

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML or AI application development
• Strong Python, Pandas and Scikit-learn; working knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and vector databases
• Experience deploying at least one AI model or application
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English and Urdu
• Patience and genuine interest in teaching beginners

Preferred

• A public GitHub or portfolio of AI projects
• Certifications such as TensorFlow Developer, Azure AI Engineer or AWS Machine Learning
• Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience
