Sundaram Finance Limited in Pakistan is seeking a Data Analyst specializing in BI & Analytics to support business reporting, dashboarding and data-driven decisions. You will extract data using SQL, build Power BI dashboards and automate recurring reports.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in data analytics, strong Excel and Python knowledge, and experience in financial services. You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product and Tech to deliver actionable insights and drive performance
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, Business Intelligence, Reporting or Data Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI is essential.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, lending, CRM analytics or campaign analytics will be an added advantage.
- Strong Excel abilities and data analytics mindset.
Responsabilités
- Data Extraction & Data Management using SQL and reporting tools.
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for multiple stakeholders.
- Automate recurring MIS, campaign trackers and management reporting processes.
- Analyze customer, sales, renewal and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with IT, Analytics, Product and Business teams for dashboard validation and UAT.
