Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in the Middle East. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing quality data from database fabric faults, faulty operations, and other related issues. You will present comprehensive analysis reports to brands and provide corrective measures to improve database quality.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data from database fabric faults, faulty operations, and other related issues
• Identify trends, patterns, and root causes of database quality issues
• Reporting: Present comprehensive analysis reports to brands and stakeholders
• Provide clear and actionable recommendations for corrective measures
• Corrective Measures: Collaborate with teams to implement corrective measures and improve database quality
• Develop and maintain documentation of database quality issues and resolutions
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with brands and internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in database administration, data analysis, or quality assurance
• Strong understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and data quality
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Crystal Reports, data visualization tools)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
• Certification in data analysis or quality assurance (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Quality Engineer)
