iSystems Ltd in Lahore is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Finance and SCM. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective configurations and deliver enhancements.

You will lead end-to-end processes across GL, AP, AR, budgeting, fixed assets, inventory, procurement, and warehousing, perform gap analyses, support testing and data migration, and train end users

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of D365 F&O modules, end-to-end business processes, system configuration, and implementation or support activities.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to understand business requirements, configure effective solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure successful delivery of D365 F&O implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across Finance and SCM functions.
• Configure and support D365 F&O modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Manage and support end-to-end business processes across Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Work with Finance teams on general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
• Support SCM processes, including procurement and sourcing, inventory management, product information management, warehouse management, and sales order processing.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, business process mapping, gap analysis, and fit-gap assessments.
• Prepare functional specification documents and collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Support system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
• Assist with data migration, system configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide end-user training, prepare user guides, and support change management activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system performance through D365 F&O capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between Finance and SCM processes.
• Maintain functional documentation and ensure alignment with business requirements and project objectives.

Requirements

• 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.
• Hands-on experience with D365 F&O configuration, implementation, enhancements, or application support.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end Finance and SCM business processes.
• Experience in business requirement gathering, functional documentation, and fit-gap analysis.
• Knowledge of functional testing, UAT, defect management, and issue resolution.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and support end users.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with full-cycle D365 F&O implementations is an advantage.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
