Job summary

Trillium Information Security Systems (TISS) in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, is hiring a Cybersecurity Support Engineer to deploy and manage endpoint security, XDR/EDR, and DLP systems. The role includes vulnerability management, Nessus/Nexpose scanning, and application security testing, with collaboration across internal teams and customers.

The ideal candidate has 6 months of relevant cybersecurity experience and a Bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Hands-on with Endpoint Security and XDR/EDR administration.
• Experience in DLP concepts, Forcepoint DLP, and policy management.
• Proficiency with vulnerability management and scanning tools (Nessus, Nexpose).
• Knowledge of DAST/SAST and application security testing.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage Endpoint Security and Management solutions.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot XDR/EDR solutions.
• Support DLP policies and configurations, including Forcepoint DLP.
• Troubleshoot Forcepoint DLP configuration and policy issues.
• Oversee vulnerability management activities and reporting.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning with Nessus and Rapid7 Nexpose.
• Assist with DAST and SAST for web applications.
• Analyze security alerts and provide remediation guidance.
• Troubleshoot cybersecurity tools and document configurations.
• Collaborate with teams and customers to deploy solutions.
