About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls and respond promptly across multiple communication channels.

Identify customer and linguist needs, providing accurate support to ensure satisfaction. Candidate will be responsible for providing customer support.

Recruit, assess, and onboard freelance interpreters across 300+ languages.

Verify right-to-work, security checks, qualifications, and compliance documentation.

Maintain accurate records and communicate application status clearly with linguists.

Ensure timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and confidentiality at all times.
