Job summary

A dynamic media company in Lahore is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer payments and communication. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Business and proficiency in English. Responsibilities include tracking payments, liaising with customers through various channels, and maintaining account statements. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Track due installments and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain contact with customers via Calls/SMS/WhatsApp and Email.
  • Work closely with Finance to verify transactions and issue receipts.
  • Update account statements and share them with customers.
  • Monitor defaults and send reminders and legal notices.
  • Share construction updates with customers through Email & WhatsApp.
  • Conduct physical meetings with customers as needed.

Job description

Job Brief:

The candidate will ensure that the collections are made on due installments within specified timelines. He/She will also be responsible to answer customers queries received through different channels and update customer’s payment records in CRM.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To keep track of due installments on monthly basis and ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
  • To ensure that the assigned monthly recovery targets are achieved regularly.
  • Maintaining contact with customers through Calls/SMS/WhatsApp and Email.
  • Working closely with Finance to verify all the transactions and issue Developer’s receipts to customers.
  • Updating account statements on regular basis and sharing with relevant customers.
  • Monitoring default at unit level and sending reminder letters and legal notices.
  • Regularly sharing construction updates to customers through Email & WhatsApp.
  • Physical meetings with customers at Developer’s office as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Minimum Bachelors in Business.
  • English language proficiency is a must.
  • Experience: Fresh to 2 Years of experience.
  • Location: Gulberg, Lahore
  • Should be acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite, Email & Internet.
