A leading customer support company in Karachi is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The role involves handling complaints, managing incoming calls, and providing effective solutions. Applicants should possess excellent English communication skills and ideally have experience in customer support. Knowledge of Adobe software is a plus.
Please note: our office hours are Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the stipulated time.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints verbally and non-verbally.
Manage a large volume of incoming calls.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting & explaining the best solution to resolve the issue.
Must read, speak, and write excellent English.
Must have excellent command over English grammar, spelling, and sentence structure.
Preferably 1 year of experience in verbal/non-verbal customer support.
Have excellent computer typing skills.
Be enthusiastic and a quick learner.
Possess keen interest in image editing and design with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Reader, Word, and Excel software packages.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
