Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative

Location: Islamabad / Remote

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We’re a startup building One Table — restaurant inventory software that also analyzes reviews and helps with pricing decisions. We’re looking for someone who’s lifted startups before and knows what it takes to break into a market. You’ll be our first dedicated outbound rep, working directly with the founder to bring restaurants onto the platform. This is a high-ownership role.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and reach out to restaurants (cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, emails — whatever works).
  • Understand restaurant owners' pain points and pitch how One Table can solve them.
  • Build and refine outreach strategies. What works, we double down. What doesn’t, we kill.
  • Stay organized and disciplined with follow-ups and lead tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with product and ops to pass on field insights.
  • Occasionally assist with recruitment or special projects. It’s a startup, we wear a few hats.
What You Should Have
  • You’ve done outbound before and have the mental toughness for it.
  • You’ve worked in or sold to startups, especially early stage.
  • You’re great at explaining complex tools simply.
  • You’re not waiting for leads — you know how to hunt.
  • Solid written and spoken English + Urdu.
  • You can use Google Sheets and LinkedIn well. CRMs optional. Discipline required.
Bonus Points If
  • You’ve sold to restaurants or in the food space.
  • You’ve helped launch or grow a tech product.
