  • Design and plan research projects based on client briefs, including questionnaires and data collection methods.
  • Coordinate project execution, provide client progress updates, and instruct data collection teams.
  • Present study results clearly to clients and ensure satisfaction with outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and proactive communication.
  • Occasionally travel to fulfill project requirements and client engagements.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise all stages of project management and monitor performance to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration to maximize performance and potential.
  • Manage internal stakeholders and provide support and guidance as needed to ensure alignment and effectiveness across departments.
  • Offer expert advice and consultation to clients and staff, addressing complex queries or complaints with professionalism and expertise.
  • Drive business growth by managing profit and loss responsibilities, identifying opportunities for expansion, and developing strategic plans to meet objectives.
  • Design and plan research projects based on client briefings and needs, including the creation of questionnaires and methodologies for data collection.
  • Coordinate project execution, provide progress updates to clients, and give specific instructions to relevant departments for data collection and processing.
  • Present study results to clients in a clear and compelling manner, ensuring understanding and satisfaction with the outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  • Undertake occasional travel as necessary to fulfil project requirements and client engagements.
  • Assist in ensuring smooth invoicing by communicating any contract or job changes to the Finance department, while also working towards meeting collection targets.
  • Identify and develop key team successors to ensure continuity and growth within the organization.
  • Drive initiatives beyond business as usual (BAU) activities, including the development of key account plans and implementation of quality control measures on projects.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of work and ensure client satisfaction with project outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Hold a university degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic background in pertinent subjects.
  • Bring 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in Marketing Research, showcasing proficiency in conducting insightful analyses and delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Possess a keen analytical mind with the ability to leverage advanced analysis methods and tools effectively, ensuring accurate interpretation of data and strategic insights generation.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and persuasive articulation of complex ideas and findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Exhibit expertise in servicing customers, combined with in-depth knowledge of research methods, analysis techniques, and industry best practices, enhancing the value delivered to clients and stakeholders.
