As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the frontline point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring that their inquiries, concerns, and issues are handled efficiently and professionally. You will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by providing accurate information, resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
  2. Provide product and service information to customers, resolving any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Assist customers with order placements, returns, billing inquiries, and account management.
  4. Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
  5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  6. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth operations.
  8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
