A well-known communication company in Lahore is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will respond to inquiries, assist with orders, and maintain professionalism while building strong customer relationships. A Bachelor's degree and previous experience in customer service are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Assist with placing orders and processing payments.
Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate answers to customer questions.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service.
Requirements:
Bachelors or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
