FSC Integrated Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and motivated individuals for the position of Phone Banking Officer on behalf of one of Pakistan’s leading banks.

Locations: Lahore & Karachi

Position Details

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Arts, or a related field
• Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Job Type: Rotational Shifts
• Salary: PKR 45,000 per month + additional allowances and a comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with banking services and transactions over the phone.
