Position: Full-Time Customer Service Representative (On-Site)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7 PM to 4 AM) – Night Shift

Role Description:

We are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Lahore office as Customer Service Representatives. This role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance.
• Manage customer inquiries professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Handle outbound calls with confidence and efficiency.
• Effectively resolve any issues and improve the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Ability to handle outbound calls effectively.
• A customer-focused attitude.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
