Expertise:
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies.
- Proficient in email marketing using different tools like Snov.io, MailChimp, and Sendinblue.
- Hands-on experience as a LinkedIn sales navigator with LinkedIn helper to generate leads
- Proficient in cold calling as well.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
- Meet or exceed targets.
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Job Specification
Skills:
- 3-4 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and target driven sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies

- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
