Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound or outbound calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions or alternatives.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed performance KPIs such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company protocols.
Qualifications
  • Minimum education: Matric (Secondary School Certificate).
  • Experience: At least 3 months of prior experience in a call center or related dialing role.
  • Language skills: Strong spoken English proficiency is required.
  • Basic computer handling skills (CRM systems experience is a plus).
