Job summary

Contour Software, owner of Club Caddie, is seeking a Customer Education Specialist to create and maintain training content for the golf course management platform. You will produce knowledge base articles, LMS lessons, and in-app guidance while ensuring accuracy with product releases.

You will work with the Head of Education to prioritize and deliver training materials, manage production schedules, and improve knowledge resources.

Qualifications

• Strong written English with ability to explain a technical process in clear steps.
• Clear instructional and technical writing; a portfolio or samples may be requested.
• Experience creating customer-facing education for a software product; ability to learn unfamiliar software quickly from sources.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge base articles: draft, edit, update, and publish aligned with product visuals.
• LMS courses: build and maintain lessons, quizzes, and learning paths.
• In-app guidance: create Whatfix flows and ensure guidance matches UI changes.
• Training scripts and walkthrough videos: review scripts, record, and edit with captions.
• Webinar recordings: process recordings into articles, clips, and summaries.
• Release-related updates: decide what content to produce for each customer release.
• Trackers and reporting: maintain content health trackers and pull data into reports.
