Customer Care Representative - German Speaker
- Provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer service in German through phone and email, resolving customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery, returns, and other post-sales issues.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and disputes, ensuring proper resolution of issues to maintain the company's reputation.
- Maintain customer database, record and track customer feedback and issues, ensuring timely update and archiving of customer information.
- Assist the sales team in dealing with order issues from German customers, coordinating logistics and delivery to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide valuable information and suggestions to relevant departments by relaying common customer issues and market information for product improvement and market decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in German at C1 level or above, with the ability to communicate and write in German fluently.
- Good command of English for basic communication.
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
