Job summary

Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. seeks a CS Core Planning Assistant Engineer based in Islamabad to monitor CS core networks, assist with design, and support new nodes acceptance.

The role requires 1–2 years in CS core networks and familiarity with CS call flows per 3GPP/GSMA/IEEE/ETSI standards. The candidate should have strong Wireshark-based troubleshooting, and effective communication with junior technical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• 1–2 years in CS core network domain.
• Knowledge of CS core call flows and 3GPP/GSMA/IEEE/ETSI standards.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with tracing tools (Wireshark, etc.).
• Knowledge of CS nodes (VMSC, GMSC, OSS, HSS, SBC) and protocols (SCCP, BSSAP, RANAP, SS7/SIGTRAN/M3UA/MTP3).
• Effective communication with junior level technical customers regarding solutions and project progress.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CS core network utilization and growth trends across CS core elements.
• Understand end-to-end HLD and LLD for CS core products (MSC, STPs, SVC & HLR).
• Coordinate with vendors (Huawei, Nokia, ZTE, Ericsson), contractors, and internal teams to evaluate proposals and recommend solutions.
• Take responsibility for network safety.
• Support project integration, commissioning, implementation, and new nodes acceptance.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow.
