Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, English, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional content creation or digital media experience.
• Strong writing, storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating content for social media, websites, blogs, and campaigns.
• Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific strategies.
• Ability to develop creative ideas and communicate complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with editorial calendars and basic content performance analytics.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and publish engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and other digital channels.
• Create captions, posts, articles, scripts, and promotional content aligned with the brand voice.
• Plan and execute content calendars for consistent delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and recruitment teams for campaigns and employer branding.
• Develop creative concepts and storylines for videos, reels, and short-form content.
• Research industry trends and audience interests to identify opportunities.
• Optimize content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and grammar.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve strategy.
