Job summary

Pie Stack is seeking a versatile Creative Associate to brainstorm, design, and execute visual and content strategies for our brand and international clients based in Lahore.

You will manage monthly content calendars, craft platform-native copy, edit short-form video content, and translate data into content decisions, collaborating with multi-brand accounts to elevate engagement and reach.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, ideally agency-side or across multiple brands.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude) for ideation, copywriting, and research workflows.
• Strong grasp of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content dynamics.
• Excellent written English; ability to switch between brand voices seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars across multiple client accounts.
• Write platform-native copy: captions, hooks, and scripts aligned to each brand's voice.
• Edit Reels and short-form video content yourself.
• Conduct trend, audience, and competitor research to inform content strategy.
• Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into content decisions.
• Present content plans and reporting in client-facing reviews.
