Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365/Power Platform Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and technical design. You will guide solution design for CRM workloads, ensure governance, security, and integration patterns, and mentor technical teams across projects.

The role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and ALM practices, with a focus on scalable, secure, and high-performance implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE technical consulting, development, and solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solution architecture from discovery through deployment and support.
• Design solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and other CRM workloads.
• Define architecture for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, integrations, data, security, and ALM.
• Design and govern customizations, Plugins, Custom APIs, Workflows, Web API, and enterprise integrations.
• Define Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Security architecture.
• Lead data architecture and migration, including mapping, transformation, cleansing, and harmonization.
• Define Azure DevOps, CI/CD, environment, solution management, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, availability, and maintainability standards.
• Review technical designs and establish architecture standards, reusable patterns, and governance.
• Lead technical workshops, make architectural decisions, and manage technical risks and dependencies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Technical Consultants and Developers.
• Support technical estimations, proposals, documentation, and client presentations.
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft-recommended Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE technical consulting, development, and solution architecture.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and Canvas Apps.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Security, enterprise integration, data architecture, and migration.
• Experience with ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, solution management, and deployment.
• Good understanding of SSRS, Power BI, performance, scalability, and security.
• Strong architecture governance, technical leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Architect-level certification is an advantage.
