Nexus95 is looking for a CRM & Integration Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM systems while ensuring seamless integrations across platforms. If you're skilled in CRM administration, system integrations, and workflow automation, we’d love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
Manage, customize, and maintain the CRM system to improve efficiency and user experience.
Develop and maintain integrations between CRM and other business tools using APIs and middleware.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM and integration-related issues.
Automate workflows and optimize data flow between systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality.
Ensure data security, accuracy, and compliance within the CRM system.
Requirements:
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Strong understanding of API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools.
Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Mulesoft, or Dell Boomi.
Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and scripting languages (Python, Java, etc.).
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Willing to work in the evening shift.
