Sara International Travel is looking for a CRM & Data Operations Specialist to manage and maintain our customer database, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and security in handling traveler information. This role is crucial in organizing, analyzing, and optimizing customer data in Excel and our CRM system, supporting our sales and customer service teams in delivering seamless Hajj, Umrah, and Halal travel experiences.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in data-driven decision-making, ensuring customer information is up to date and assisting in sales pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Data Management:
Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Organize, clean, and structure customer data from inquiries, bookings, and sales records.
Segment customer lists based on travel preferences, past bookings, and engagement history.
Track leads and update follow-up statuses to assist the sales team.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer inquiries, booking trends, and sales performance.
Identify trends in customer behavior to assist in marketing and sales strategies.
Use Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros) to analyze large datasets and generate insights.
Process Optimization & Automation:
Improve data collection and entry processes to enhance efficiency.
Assist in automating workflows between the CRM, WhatsApp Business API, email marketing, and booking systems.
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure all customer data is up to date.
Support sales agents with customer information and lead management.
Ensure that the CRM system is used effectively to track and close leads.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, IT, or a related field.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in CRM management, data operations, or a similar role.
Prior experience in the travel industry or a customer-facing role is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Cleaning, etc.).
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, or any similar system).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
