Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Creative Manager to lead and scale our creative team while focusing on high-volume, high-impact creative output. This isn’t just about brand development—it’s about driving growth through performance-focused creative assets.

You'll be responsible for delivering ads, videos, landing pages, and content that fuel our acquisition efforts across digital channels. You should be equally comfortable leading creative direction and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tactical creative campaigns that drive direct conversions and revenue growth.
  • Lead the creative team to produce high-converting digital assets (ads, video content, landing pages, email creatives, etc.).
  • Work closely with growth, brand, and product teams to optimize creatives for performance marketing goals.
  • Own the end-to-end creative production process, ensuring fast execution and top-tier quality.
  • Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Establish a high-output, test-and-learn mindset within the creative team.
  • Drive alignment between creative storytelling and conversion-focused marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in creative leadership roles (agency or brand-side).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing & conversion-focused design.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-volume creative assets in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in video production, digital ads, landing pages, and direct response content.
  • Ability to translate data into creative insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing and scaling creative teams.
