Sharp Brains in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a hands-on Creative Lead to own the creative direction across brand, marketing, website, and influencer initiatives. You’ll move fast from landing pages to scripts and influencer ideas, blending design with compelling copy and video concepts.

You’ll work on campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more, collaborating closely with marketing to deliver high-quality creative that elevates the brand.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in creative, marketing, advertising, agency, startup, or brand environment.
• Excellent visual/design sense and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable across design, content, copywriting, video concepts, web, and social media.
• Strong understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
• Experience with Canva + Adobe; Figma is a plus.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable identifying and working with influencers/creators.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to execute without detailed directions.
• Willing to do the work, not just provide direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall creative direction and visual identity across marketing and brand.
• Design landing pages, website sections, emails, ads, social posts, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Create and edit designs using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Write creative briefs, concepts, hooks, and short-form video scripts.
• Develop content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.
• Identify relevant influencers and creators for the brand.
• Conduct influencer outreach and build relationships with creators.
• Recommend content/video directions for influencers based on audience and style.
• Develop concepts for influencer campaigns and UGC.
• Work with marketing to turn ideas into high-quality creative quickly.
• Help improve the brand’s creative, messaging, and overall aesthetic.
