Masters or 4 years Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or Social Sciences.
Responsibilities
- He will be required to further hire a strong team of sales professionals and progressively expand his department and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify target clients/areas and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets, continuously monitor the achievement of sales targets by keeping a close check monthly.
- Identify prospective customers, increase business by following up on potential leads.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients, key industry players and vendors, keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
- Constantly evaluate local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts and business plans on a monthly basis.
- Actively seek out and set up meetings with potential new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Manage the communication of the organization with clients via means like emails, telephones, and social media.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner.
- Ability to carry out research relating to the organization and collate the information derived from such research towards improving the organization’s business status.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
