Overview

Healthcare Evolutions Medical Group, Pakistan

Act as a central point of contact and facilitate communication between various departments, clients, and stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are arranged efficiently. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the coordination and implementation of projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Support the team with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Working Hours: Initially, the job timing will be from 8:00 AM till 1:00 PM. Please note that our office operates on official Australian time, and the candidate should be able to adapt to the early office timing of 4:00 AM. Eventually, the role will transition to full-time hours.

Job Specification
