Job summary

VirtualWorks Hub is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor for a contract position in Karachi. You will conduct surveys, establish reference points, and prepare maps and detailed reports for construction projects.

CAD proficiency and teamwork are essential as you work outdoors in varying conditions. The role requires 2+ years of experience, a related bachelor's degree is preferred, and strong communication skills to collaborate with engineers and managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in surveying or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques and equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant technology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys using GPS, total stations, and levels.
• Establish reference points and markers on construction sites.
• Collect data on land features, boundaries, and elevations.
• Create maps and reports using CAD software.
• Analyze data and prepare accurate measurements and calculations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and team members for accuracy.
