Job summary

Jing Hau in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Land Surveyor to conduct surveys across residential, commercial, and industrial properties, using GPS, total stations, and CAD to produce accurate maps. The role requires a Bachelor's in Surveying, proven field experience, strong surveying knowledge, and excellent English communication.

This is a contract role offering 1200 USD per month, with visa sponsorship and travel tickets for the selected candidate.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
Proficient in using CAD software for map creation
Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

Conduct surveys on residential, commercial, and industrial properties
Use GPS systems, total stations, and digital levels to measure distances and angles
Analyze survey data and prepare reports detailing findings and recommendations
Create detailed maps using CAD software
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction workers to ensure accurate placement of structures
Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites
Keep accurate records of all survey data and maintain proper documentation
Stay updated on new technology and methods in land surveying
