Bitsol is a product-led, AI-accelerated software studio focused on healthcare. We partner with healthcare founders and organizations in the US to design and deliver HIPAA-compliant applications through rapid, 8-week prototyping and delivery cycles. We combine deep domain experience in clinical workflows, interoperability, and compliance with modern AI-enabled development practices to turn validated customer problems into production-ready solutions quickly and securely.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to own and produce everything Bitsol publishes. This is a hands-on producing role, not a coordination one. You write the blog, you write the LinkedIn posts, you design the visuals, and you ship them on a recurring cadence without being chased. Our audience is US healthcare founders and operators: smart, busy, and quick to scroll past anything generic. That sets the bar. Every piece you publish needs a reason to exist beyond filling a slot in the calendar: a question a founder is actually asking, a claim we can actually back, a moment in the market worth reacting to. You will work closely with leadership to produce founder and executive voice content, and you will be expected to make Bitsol one of the sources AI search engines cite when someone asks about building HIPAA-compliant healthcare software.
Experience: 2–4 years in B2B content marketing
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Own the content output: Produce Bitsol's content across all social channels. You are the person who writes it, designs it, and publishes it.
- Run the content calendar: Execute the recurring publishing cadence, coordinating leadership and company-page posts so nothing slips and nothing goes out half-finished.
- Write and maintain blog content: Long-form, SEO/AEO-targeted articles, including comparison and roundup formats, built to rank in search and get cited in AI-generated answers.
- Build content around live industry events: Track what is happening in US HealthTech (conferences, regulatory shifts, funding news) and produce content tied to it while it is still relevant.
- Hold the bar on relevance: Every piece has a clear reason to exist. If a post only exists to fill a slot, it does not go out.
- Track competitors and AEO trends: Monitor what competitors are publishing, what is getting cited in AI search answers, and feed those findings back into what we produce.
- Plan and produce webinars: Own the content side end to end: topic, structure, promotion assets, and repurposing after the fact.
- Design visual content: Create the graphics, carousels, and blog visuals that go with the writing. You are not waiting on a designer to ship a post.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, healthtech, or another regulated or technically complex B2B space.
- Strong writing across formats: LinkedIn posts, long-form blog content, and comparison/roundup-style articles, all recognisably the same brand voice.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, plus familiarity with AEO (answer-engine optimization) or a clear willingness to learn it: how content earns citations inside AI-generated search answers.
- Experience producing or coordinating executive and founder voice content: ghostwriting for leadership and adapting tone per person without flattening everyone into the same voice.
- Comfortable working from a content calendar and hitting a recurring publishing cadence.
- US audience fluency. Bitsol's content targets a USA-only audience, and it needs to read that way.
- Design skills sufficient to create visual content for social and blog independently.
- Proficient with AI content tools, able to use them to produce at volume while keeping quality and brand voice intact.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, HIPAA-adjacent, or another regulated-industry marketing role.
- Video editing skills, including AI-assisted editing tools, for founder video content: cutting, captions, and repurposing clips across channels.
- Experience with event marketing or conference content programs.
- Familiarity with Clutch, G2, or similar B2B proof and review platforms.
Non-Negotiable Standards
- Every piece of content reflects Bitsol's credibility: no generic filler, no fluff, no content that exists just to exist.
- The calendar is a commitment. Cadence is held, and you flag a slip before it happens, not after.
- Data-driven: you track what you publish, learn from what performs, and drop what does not.
- Accuracy in a regulated domain. Claims about compliance, clinical workflows, or healthcare data are checked before they are published.
- Proactive communicator: leadership should never have to chase you for a status update.
