Bitsol Technologies Pvt Ltd. seeks a Content Marketing Specialist to own and produce all company content. You write, design, and publish across channels, ensuring every piece has a clear purpose for a US healthcare founder audience.

You will manage the content calendar, craft long-form and short-form pieces with SEO/AEO in mind, and create visuals without waiting for a designer. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B content marketing experience in SaaS/healthtech or regulated B2B space.
• Strong writing across formats: LinkedIn posts, long-form blogs, comparison/ roundup articles.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and the concept of AEO (answer-engine optimization).
• Experience ghostwriting for leadership and adapting tone per person.
• Ability to manage a content calendar and publish on a recurring cadence.
• US audience fluency is essential for BitSOL's content strategy.
• Ability to create visual content for social and blog independently using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the content output across all social channels: write, design, and publish.
• Run the content calendar to ensure timely cadence and complete posts.
• Write and maintain blog content with SEO and AEO considerations.
• Create content around live US healthtech events and trends.
• Ensure every piece has a clear purpose and relevance.
• Monitor competitors and AI search trends to inform content.
• Plan and produce webinars, including topics, structure, promotion assets, and repurposing.
• Design visuals: graphics, carousels, blog visuals without waiting for a designer.
