Position: Content Marketing Executive (Video & Visual Content)

Video Content Creation & Hook Strategy:

• Plan, script, and develop short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with killer 1-2-3 second hooks
• Conceptualize visually engaging content that captures attention instantly
• Collaborate with video editors to execute trend-driven, high-retention video content
• Monitor content performance and adapt based on engagement analytics

Creative Content Management:

• Lead the creation of visually consistent carousels, static posts, and motion graphics
• Work closely with designers and video editors to translate ideas into compelling visual content
• Maintain brand tone, color schemes, and consistency across platforms

Content Planning:

• Manage and maintain a structured monthly content calendar
• Stay ahead of visual and content trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Conduct light research for content ideas that are educational, seasonal, and promotional
  

0–2 years of experience in video content creation and visual storytelling

Strong grip on creating scroll-stopping visuals and short-form video formats

Working knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and trending formats

Eye for design and ability to brief/edit fast-paced content

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset

Bachelor’s in Media Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
