Lumida Wealth Management · Karachi (in-office) · Full-time · Individual contributor
Lumida is an AI-native modern wealth advisor and Wealth Architect for owners and creators.
Our mission is to make money intelligent. We bring investing, trust and estate planning, and tax strategy together in a single wealth architecture—helping clients grow, protect, and transfer wealth with greater intention.
Our investment platform spans public markets and differentiated alternatives including select pre-IPO opportunities for qualified clients. Our approach is institutional in its breadth, non-consensus in its thinking, and deeply personal in its application.
Lumida is a tech-first, AI-native firm built by a technology founder. We are making significant investments in proprietary AI Services that identify opportunities across a client’s financial life, strengthen investment research, automate client-service workflows, and help our advisors deliver faster, smarter, and more personalized advice.
Our team shares the mindset of our clients: curious, original, and driven to build what does not yet exist. Lumida is venture-backed, with investors including former SEC Chairman Arthur Levitt, and supported by a leadership and advisory network with deep experience across investing, technology, and financial services.
Lumida’s differentiated, non-consensus insights reach a broad audience through our podcast, newsletter, and social media, with recognition across major outlets including The Wall Street Journal and CNBC.
The role includes building lead magnets (downloadable guides and interactive lead magnets), and publishing on our blogs.
We publish a lot — a tax blog at secondopinion.lumida.com, a health and longevity blog, a venture-deals blog at lumidadeals.com, the Lumida Ledger newsletter, the Non-Consensus Investing podcast, and daily social.
We want one person to own the writing, the lead magnets it feeds, and the machine that produces both.
You will use AI agents heavily — but the work is judged on whether the published piece is true, sounds like Lumida, and gets read. Drafting is cheap now. Judgment is not. You are the judgment.
The three blogs: secondopinion.lumida.com (tax), lumidadeals.com (venture and private deals), and our to-be-created health and longevity blog.
You set the editorial calendar, do the research, write, and publish.
Distribution. You are measured on organic rankings, citations in AI assistants, and traffic that turns into conversations. Broadening us beyond X into LinkedIn and other channels is an explicit mandate.
Ram's voice on X. You will draft threads that go out under Ram's name. This requires reading him closely enough to be indistinguishable, and it means you will get edited hard for the first few months.
Lead magnets and engagement tools. This is a large part of the job. Guides, checklists, tear sheets, calculators, quizzes, assessments, interactive tools — the things a founder or operator will trade an email address for. You come up with them, build them, put them behind the right form, and iterate on what converts. Blog traffic that never becomes an email address is a vanity metric, and closing that gap is yours.
Website and email copy. Landing pages, product copy, and the email campaigns that run off it.
Scripts for AI avatars. Some of what you write is not read — it is performed. AI avatars deliver our scripts on video, which means writing for the ear and for a synthetic voice: short sentences, clean rhythm, no constructions that fall apart when spoken.
Thematic investment copy. When our CIO desk likes a theme — aging and longevity, for example — you turn the thesis into marketing that a founder or operator actually wants to read such as a short slide deck explaining how the uranium market works.
The Lumida Ledger. We have a writer on the newsletter already. You should be good enough to write it when needed.
The agent stack. Research agents, drafting agents, repurposing agents, an SEO and answer-engine monitoring loop. You build these yourself and improve them. If your pipeline produces volume we cannot stand behind, the pipeline is wrong.
Nice to have: earned media experience (placed op-eds, been cited by a publication like MarketWatch), HubSpot, video or podcast repurposing, having run a newsletter of your own.
