Job summary

Plum is seeking a creative and technically strong Content Creator with videography, photography, and video editing expertise to join our team in Lahore. The role involves taking ideas from concept to final execution, planning, shooting, lighting, editing, and delivering platform-ready content for social media.

You will manage shoots from pre-production to final delivery, craft compelling stories, and stay ahead of current social media trends while collaborating with marketing to align with brand

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in content creation, videography, photography, or related field.
• Strong understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Excellent video editing skills using Premiere Pro, Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content.
• Handle camera operation, lighting, composition, and sound recording independently.
• Produce content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
• Shoot fashion, lifestyle, product, corporate, and social content as required.
• Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, ads) and longer-form videos when needed.
• Perform color correction and color grading to a polished, consistent style.
• Create engaging edits with pacing, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate briefs into visuals.

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Content Creator with expertise in videography, photography, and video editing to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be able to take an idea from concept to final execution—including planning, shooting, lighting, photography, editing, color grading, and creating platform-ready content for social media.

• Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content.
• Handle camera operation, composition, lighting, framing, and sound recording independently.
• Produce content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Shoot fashion, lifestyle, product, corporate, and social media content as required.
• Edit short-form content including Reels, TikToks, ads, and social media videos.
• Edit longer-form videos, interviews, documentaries, and branded content when required.
• Perform color correction and color grading to achieve a polished, consistent visual style.
• Create engaging edits using pacing, transitions, sound design, music, and motion graphics.
• Work with creative and marketing teams to translate briefs and ideas into compelling visual content.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, visual styles, editing techniques, and content formats.
• Manage and organize footage, project files, assets, and final deliverables efficiently.
• Ensure all content is delivered according to brand guidelines and production timelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in content creation, videography, photography, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong photography skills with a good understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom.
• Knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color grading and post-production workflows.
• Ability to independently manage a shoot from pre-production to final delivery.
• Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both shooting and editing skills is required.
