Job summary
Big Baat, a WALEE vertical, is seeking a Content Creation Intern to shape and grow its voice across social platforms. You will brainstorm trend-right ideas, craft scripts and captions, and help produce short-form video content from reels to Shorts.
The role emphasizes Urdu and English writing, basic video editing, and familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and Premiere Pro. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a growing tech company with mentorship and a stipend.

- Brainstorm and pitch fresh, trend-relevant content ideas for Big Baat's social
- Write scripts, captions, and copy that match Big Baat's tone — witty, current, and relatable
- Assist in planning and executing short-form video content (reels/shorts)
- Track trending topics, memes, and viral formats relevant to Big Baat's audience
- Coordinate with the design/video team to bring content ideas to life
- Monitor content performance (likes, shares, comments, views) and suggest improvements
- Support in scheduling and publishing content across platforms
- Assist with occasional on-ground or studio content shoots (if applicable)

We're looking for a creative, internet-savvy Content Creation Intern to help shape and grow Big Baat's voice across social platforms. Big Baat, one of Walee's verticals, is a short-video and digital community platform where people can share reels and stream events.
- Brainstorm and pitch fresh, trend-relevant content ideas for Big Baat's social
- Write scripts, captions, and copy that match Big Baat's tone — witty, current, and relatable
- Assist in planning and executing short-form video content (reels/shorts)
- Track trending topics, memes, and viral formats relevant to Big Baat's audience
- Coordinate with the design/video team to bring content ideas to life
- Monitor content performance (likes, shares, comments, views) and suggest improvements
- Support in scheduling and publishing content across platforms
- Assist with occasional on-ground or studio content shoots (if applicable)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, especially on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Excellent writing skills in both Urdu and English
- Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic design tools
- Creative thinker with a pulse on internet culture, memes, and viral trends
- Basic knowledge of content calendars and social media scheduling tools is a plus
- Prior internship/freelance experience in content creation or social media
- Gain hands-on experience in a growing tech company
